07 Sep Chocolate Chip Cookies
This classic Tollhouse style cookie is deliciously addictive, these get eaten really quickly and are perfect with a cold glass of milk.
Preheat oven to 375° F.
In the bowl of an electric mixer beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually beat in flour mixture, until just mixed
Mixing by hand add the chocolate chips and stir until they're well mixed
Drop by rounded tablespoons (or use a cookie scoop) onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart, (they melt and expand while baking)
Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for a couple of minutes, then move them to wire racks to cool completely.
