01 Oct Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Mix
I’ve found this is the perfect gluten-free flour mix and can be used 1-1 to replace regular flour in a recipe (up to 2.5 cups for cakes and more for cookies), I have used it to alter my grandmothers recipes to become wheat free with great success.
6 cups brown rice flour
2 cups potato starch
1 cup tapioca starch
9 tsp xantham gum

Whisk together all ingredients until everything is well combined
I mix a double batch and keep it in a tupperware in the pantry so I always have some on hand for baking.
