Porsche Type 301 Chroma Cnives

These Knives are designed by F.A. Posrche the well known German designer responsible for the Porsche 911 sportscar, which is what drew me to them in the first place. They’re made with high quality Japanese steel. I’ve had them for 3 years and though I’ve never sharpened them they’re still surprisingly sharp. Comfortable and balanced in your hand I find that I can really do precision cutting with them and work with some speed (for an amateur)  My only complaint about them is the blade nicks easily but that’s more about proper storing and care than a default with the knife I’m also not skilled at sharpening knives and will have to be on the lookout for someone who can sharpen them properly. I love these knives, they’re a fantastic tool and really  very well priced for what they are. I always automatically go for the 8″ chefs knife no matter what I’m preparing, it’s my absolute favourite of the lot.
