09 Nov Cranberry Walnut Baked Brie

Preheat the oven to 350 degress
Place your wheel of brie in the centre of your brie baker, or a small oven-proof dish, you want it to fit rather snug, with only an inch around of space, if it doesn't fit snuggly line your dish with aluminium foil, so at the end you can wrap the edges so the liquid isn't lost in the dish.
in a small frying pan toast the walnuts, when they are nicely toasted add them to the top of the brie, let them spill down the sides.
add the cranberries in the same manner topping it with the sugar.
pour the balsamic vinegar over the top.
bake with a lid on (or with the foil wrapped up) for approximately 25-30 min, you'll know it's done when the sides have bulged, to check poke the cheese, if it has give it's finished.
