Spinach Strawberry Salad

The easiest and most satisfying summer salad you can make, impress your friends or treat yourself to something that's healthy but tastes decadent.

Salad
 150 g Fresh Baby Spinach (aprox)
 400 g Fresh Strawberries (approx)
 100 g Soft Goats Cheese (you can use any variety)
Dressing
 ½ cup Olive Oil
 ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
 1 tsp Minced Shallot
 ¼ tsp Paprika
The Salad

Wash spinach and place in large salad bown, wash and quarter strawberries and add to the bowl then crumble the goats cheese on top

The Dressing

Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk together, it tastes best if you do it slightly in advance, I also like to let people dress their own salads, so I just serve it as is, with the dressing in a mason jar with a ladle
