This is a recipe for proper Alfredo sauce, it's not low fat, it's a heart attack inducing proper cream sauce, impress your friends with this gluten-free pasta delicacy.

  cup Unsalted Butter
 ¾ cup Whipping Cream
 ¾ cup Half and Half
 1 box of Barilla Gluten Free Fettuccine
 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
 ¼ cup homo milk (whole milk)
 Salt and Pepper to taste
 1 dash Nutmeg

In a Large pan, melt butter over high heat until it turns light brown. Add 1/2 a cup of whipping cream whisking constantly, until mixture becomes shiny and large bubbles form.

Cook pasta to package directions (I under cook it slightly so that after you add it to the sauce it maintains structural integrity) Over medium heat add pasta to frying pan with sauce in it , mixing with 2 forks or one of those pasta liftery thingys to coat it well.

A little at a time add, Parmesan cheese, remaining whipped cream and milk until all are combined. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.

Serve with a salad so you feel less guilty about eating something so rich.
